Air-Seal Products are a privately owned family business established in 2000, located in Somerset.
As a company our aim is to keep in regular contact with our customers to ensure the highest level of customer service, if we don’t think our products will work in your environment we will tell you. We aim to be accessible to our customers and are ready to chat about your tyre related issues, on the phone, via email, at your location or at one of the many exhibitions that we attend each year. Meet the Team
Managing Director – Alex founded the company in 2000, working on his own, from an office at home. The business has gone from strength to strength since then gradually employing more and more staff. Now supplying tyre sealant to over 6000 businesses around the world.
Alex likes to be hands on at Air-Seal Products, maintaining customer relations, stock control and strategic planning.
Director – Kerstin became a Director at Air-Seal Products in 2006, coming from a background in sales, marketing and fundraising. She is Account Manager for a number of key contacts and is very much involved in the day to day working of the business.
General Manager – Ben joined Air-Seal Products in 2007 as an Account Manager before becoming General Manager in January 2021.
He is Account Manager for the Royal Mail and has developed our export work in Ireland and the Middle East. He has been instrumental in making the company more efficient and taking us into Cloud working, essential during this global pandemic!
Export Manager – Steve joined Air-Seal Products in 2012, coming from an engineering and sales background.
Within Steve’s first month was off to set up distributors in Chile and Argentina. His most recent visit was to Mongolia where he successfully appointed a new distributor.
Steve was promoted to Export Manager in January 2021 to oversee all export sales, expanding existing and appointing new overseas distribution. He is looking forward to being able to travel again rather than making Zoom video calls across the world!
Office Manager – Suzy started in 2007 as a part-time cleaner, working her way up in the business before being promoted to Office Manager in January 2021. Suzy has worked tirelessly over the years streamlining our admin processes and more recently leading our Sales Support Team in looking after our regular customers.
Sales Executive – Eddie started at Air-Seal Products in 2015 and is a key part of the Sales Team. Eddie spends time building and maintaining relations with customers and growing our customer base.
Eddie is looking forward to seeing existing and new customers again at the trade shows we exhibit at each year and helping Steve in growing the export here at Air-Seal Products.
Consultant Engineer – Mike started at Air-Seal Products in 2002 having served 25 years in HM Forces.
Coming from an engineering background Mike spends time out on the road visiting customers ensuring they get the most out of their product as well as being heavily involved in sales.
Administration and Sales Support – Claire joined Air-Seal Products in February 2020 coming from a background in Customer Service. Claire gets involved in all aspect of administration at the company and is always a friendly voice on the end of the phone ready to answer any questions our customers might have.
Marketing, Administration and Sales Support – Alex joined Air-Seal in January 2021 from a background in Learning and Development. Alex works alongside Suzy and Claire looking after our existing customers and dealing with the daily office administration. As well as keeping our social media up to date and any additional marketing.
